Target outcomes for your business

A leaner operation for every brand.

20–35%

lower infrastructure costs

Consolidate shared services and scale the modules that need capacity.

25–30%

less manual work

Bring operations, reviews and approvals into one back office.

40–50%

faster incident resolution

Give your team the transaction history and context to find the cause faster.

Planning targets. We calculate your potential savings against current costs, workload and the agreed integration scope.

Why change a working platform?

Keep what earns. Improve what holds you back.

A working platform can still make every new brand expensive, every report manual and every change dependent on a supplier. Start where that costs your business the most.

Discuss my project
01

Keep your business assets

Keep your brand, player experience and valuable integrations. Define what stays before planning what changes.

02

Replace one bottleneck first

Start with the wallet, player accounts or back office. Expand the scope when it makes commercial sense, with a staged migration and a rollback plan.

03

Keep more of what you earn

Reduce duplicate systems and routine work. Give your team a clearer view of money, operations and the cost of running each brand.

Your brands. Your operating model.

Different markets and licences. One core or several.

Choose how much your brands share and where they need to stay separate. Mars1 supports both approaches.

One foundation for several brands

Shared core

Share platform services while configuring currencies, payment methods, promotions and access for each brand.

Fewer duplicate systems to maintain as your portfolio grows.

Separate environments where you need them

Dedicated cores

Separate data, settings and operations by legal entity, licence or market. Set an independent release and recovery schedule for each environment.

More independence for each business and less shared operational risk.

A hybrid setup is possible: share a core across selected brands and use dedicated environments for others.

See how your team will work

Less searching. More decisions made.

From a transaction to its history, from a discrepancy to its resolution. Give operations, finance and support a shared view of the work.

02

Give every discrepancy an owner.

Track the issue, supporting information and resolution together. Keep the handover between support and finance visible.

03

Control the actions that matter.

A financial correction needs a second approver. The person requesting it cannot approve their own action, and the original record stays in the history.

Before you decide

Questions worth asking.

Our platform already works. Why consider Mars1?

Start with the cost of keeping it: infrastructure, manual work and the effort to launch another brand. If one part is holding the business back, scope that module first. A full migration is one option, not a prerequisite.

Can we buy a single module?

Yes. We can scope an individual module, a group of modules or the complete platform. The first discussion maps your current stack and the interfaces needed to connect it.

Who provides the sportsbook and payment services?

Mars1 provides the platform beneath your products. The operator or a sportsbook provider supplies odds, trading and the betting front end. Payment providers handle payment processing. We agree the integrations as part of the project.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on modules, brands, deployment model and integrations. Share your current setup and priorities so we can define the scope and prepare a relevant commercial proposal.

Can integration really take 3–4 months?

That is the planning window for one brand and one market with agreed scope, usable data and provider access. We confirm the schedule after reviewing those dependencies. More brands or custom integrations can change it.
